Eating in raw food paradise December 9, 2009

And the diet changed again!

After enjoying the exotic fruits to the absolute max, and having durian and jackfruit everyday, We finally balanced our diet again. We start our day - after swimming in the sea altogether - again with some green!

We have created a real power drink which is truely magical. We buy celery (which is far smaller but more powerful here), and dark green leave veggies at the market here.

The dark leaves are unknow by us, but we have tested them and they are packed with life force and nutrients, we can feel that. So we juice the green and the celery with the help of our Vitamix and a nutmilk bag. Than we open 3-4 young coconuts which contain a lot of best, fresh coconut water.

We use the water and also all the white flesh. We add some more water and a little bucket of ice, to make it cool (boy it is so warm here 24 hours!), and 4 bananas.

Just a spoon of Maca and here we go! The most powerful drink you can imagine!! This also helps to reduce the need to eat, because we are very well nourished by this nutritional bomb.

After noon, we have durian (but not so much anymore - we are almost filled with the good things in durian), and some other fruits, a handfull of raw cashews, or a cucumber.
After several times in the warm sea, playing some ball, sweating and showering we complete the day with a big salad, and a good dressing. I have started to sit on the warm beach in the night after everybody is sleeping.



I sit there only dressed with my sorts, watching the stars, surounded by the sea and thinking about my life filled with gratitude.

We are off to Thailand in 3 days!!

It is almost time! We are so excited!
In just 3 days - on Sunday, we are off for the winter! Jippieh! The kids (and we adults) are already counting the days since 2 weeks. Our children even say in the evening: " please let`s go to bed really early, so that Sunday comes faster!"

That is so cute! We are in the middle of preparing and packing, even though we feel relaxed.

Maybe it is because we have already travelled as a family so much.
We know Thailand and we know how it feels there. Just great! yet we are filled with joy and excitement of our adventorous life that lies ahead of us!

We started our day with a green smoothie with maca. The kids had some carrots and avocado after that.
Just yesterday some kelp noodles arrived in our mailbox, so we were all excited of celebrating a special meal today. We made a cashew basil pesto and prepared veggies.
So this was kelp noodles with pesto. We had carrots, tomatos, salad and cucumber with it. This was great. In the afternoon we had a biiig green juice, Jaro just made.



We are juicing kilos of wild edibles these days, and once more chickweed our favorite. The picture you see, is around 6 kilos!!
The juice was celery, kale, carrot, and chikweed.
This amount does last for maybe 2 or 3 days. There was a nice fruit meal for dinner. A honey melon. This was it.

Ka Sundance raw food diary 13/11/2009

We are spiralising towards our big goal THAILAND.and the movement is faster and faster every day.


We are preparing and organizing, while all of my online work is continuing.

Food wise it is still a miracle. I still eat so little since a couple of weeks, that I cant`t believe it myself.

But I feel awesome with this little amount of food!
I really concentrate on the green juice. I have the impression, that since I juice also wild edibles in my - our - juice, the need for real food has just decreased. I don`t know for sure, but this might be a connection.

So lets get real.
I had a big glas of Water this morning, with super green powder and chlorella.
After that I shared the green smoothie ceremony with my family.
We had spinach, banana and water plus a little maca in this smoothie.

I had a little tiny piece of chocolate at afternoon, and a big glas of green juice in the evening.

The green juice was made out of kale, chickweed (growing wild here in the forest), celery and 3 carrots. I will have a little handful of cashews and some dates lateron this evening, after a swimming and sauna session her, but that is it!

Ka Sundance Raw food diary 07/11/2009

Today we have prepacked our backpacks for our trip to Thailand. Ever done that with 3 kids? Quite a task. We will go light and only have 2 pcks to carry,...
Anyway: Over the last days, I was eating very little. I mostly was drinking. No need for solid food. Felt great.

I had some greener gras powder with water for breakfast, but
I mostly lived on Green juices with celery, wild edibles out of our garden, apples picked from our apple tree , or grapes also from our garden, carrots, black kale.

I also had choco smoothies once a day. That is hemp seeds, bananas, water, cacao powder, maca and a tiny bit of salt.
That was what I had for the last 4 days. Yesterday there was a small salad (one big handful), but this was it.

Ka Sundance Rawfood diary 30/10/2009

I woke up, and had a large glass of water with marine phytoplankton. Then we made a green smoothie (spinach, bananas, water), with some goji berries and maca.
We made a nice mish-mash for lunch (avocado, carrots, cucumber, tomatos).

Lateron there was a biiig green juice (celery, nettles, spring greens, lale, carrots, beet root, 3 apples).

Before I went off swimming again, I had a handfull of cashews and some dates.

After my training I had 3 slices of watermelon, and 2 liters of hemp smoothie (hemp, banana, cacao powder, maca, agave, a bit of salt). I feel great!

Ka Sundance raw food diary 28/10/2009

We just booked our flights two days ago and are soooo happy, that we created our warm winter in Thailand!

Sorry, the last update was a while.
Our laptop was damaged and neede repair, and so we couldn`t update the way we wanted. Anyway. I had green juices every day, some days twice a day. Almost all juices were with wild edibles. Mostly with dandelion and nettles

Today I even started the day with a green juice and no smoothie.

We all enjoyed the empowering effect and started in the day with a lot of energy. There was some marine phytoplankton and coconut juice in the juice, so it was a true superfood juice!!

We had a hemp smoothie for lunch and just a piece of chocolate in the afternoon. There was a nice salad with avocado dressing for evening, and that was about it. I ended the evening in the swimming pool with a big workout and the sauna as nice topping!

Ka Sundance raw food diary 23/10/2009

I woke up and was so filled with gratitude because the sun was shining so nice.

I had my green smoothie sitting in the bright sun of fall and feeling good.
The kids had another mish-mash, but I was fine with a big glas of water and some marine-phytoplankton.

I had a hemp-choko shake early afternoon.
Unshelled hemp, 4 bananas, raw chocolate powder, maca, water and a bit of himalayan salt.

My main "meal" was the green juice again.
1kilo of sprimg greens and kale, 2 bunches of celery, 3 apples, 2 oranges, 5 carrots.

GRRRRRRREEEEEAT!

The kids had some salad and veggies for evening and I a handfull of cashews and dates. I want for a good swim and sauna in the eveneing! Felt great today

Ka Sundance raw food diary 22/10/2009

Today we had another special day!
We woke up, made our green smoothie, with maca, and marine phytoplankton and drove off to Plymouth to buy us DURIAN.
Jippiehh!

After we came back we had a mish mash.
Squeezed avocado, crunched carrots, cucumber, and sliced tomatos, all mixed together.
Everybody had a plate.

After that, everybody had a piece of raw chocolate.
I made a hemp, banana, cacao, goji smoothie and we all enjoyed that. In the afternoon I made such a huge green juice!

It was almost a kilo of wild edibles mixed with spring greens, 2 bunches of celery, 6 carrotts, 3 apples and two oranges.

After this, it was time. The best time of the day, because we enjoyed the DURIAN. Complete silence and pure bliss. The children went to bed with bright smiles on their faces, and I took of for an intense swim training and sauna session.

I loved this day!

Stop complaining and start creating ! #10 Life secrets with Ka Sundance

I am going to the sauna these days very often.
And I meet a lot of people there, and listen to interesting conversations.

One conversation I listened grabbed my attention and inspired me for this show!
A man was complaining about his job and how much he disliked it.
I asked him, why he did not change anything about his situation then.

He was speechless.

People are used to complain, and blame others for the situations, they do not like, for the lifes they live.

I used to do this myself. It is so convenient. But I stopped! I tookover the control in my life and started creating the experineces

Ka Sundance raw food diary 20/10/2009

We had some great wild food days!

Because our friend brought us this huuuge amount of wild green (chickweed).
Check this out!





We already juiced 1 third of the amount, so what you see here is not all of the wild edibles we had.

It used to be kilos of it, and we ate it all!
It felt so good, and the best part is: Chickweed is our most favourite wild edible, because it tastes so good.

Anyway: We started off with a green smoothie (after I had a 2 glasses of water with marine phytoplankton), todyay not with spinach, but chickweed as green component.

We added water, bananas, maca and marine phytoplankton.


After that we had some veggies.

us mish-mash. That is squeezed avocado mixed with sprouts, small carrott pieces, cucumber and tomatos.

The kids love it!
That brought us through most of the day.
Afternoon was some mandarines and an apple with chickweed.

Evening was a chocolate cream.

Avocado, carob powder, some honey, water, maca.

Great stuff. Tastes like pudding!! That was it for the day. Kids went off to bed, and I had an hour in the sauna

Ka Sundance raw food diary 18/10/2009

We started in this beautiful Sunday with a alltime best drink ever.

Superfood green smoothie.

Thats green (spinach,kale) water, 4 bananas, maca and marine phytoplankton.

We spend a nice day out in the dartmoor then. We visited a pony farm.
We all had an apple and some avocado with carrot while being there.

When going home in the afternoon, we just saw that a close friend brought us around 4 kilos of chickweed (wild nature edibles growing here). So we made a wild pesto, consisting out of
sunflower seeds, oil, basil, chickweed, salt, water, garlic and lemon. All this came together with veggies.
That was that! I had some water for the evening. We Looove Sundays

Ka Sundance raw food diary 17/10/2009

We had an exciting day today!!
We woke up and - of course- had our famous green smoothie alltogether.

I drank about 2 liters of water with marine phytoplankton during the whole morning.
Then we jumped in our car and drove to Plymouth to one of our favourite stores there: The asian shop.

We bought durian, and goji berries and drove back home in the beautiful sun of fall.
At home the kids enjoyed a JUMPOT. This is superfood. Coconut mixed with a zip water, lucuma and a little bit of honey, crushed apple, maca and carob powder. After that there was some veggies (Avocado, carrot, cucumber).

Then I made a big green juice with veggies, 1,5 kilo of green, and 3 apples. After that we were enjoying the bliss of the day. DURIAN!! Everybody was silently tasting and enjoying. This was how our day ended.

Ka Sundance raw food diary 16/10/2009

I still felt a little heavy when waking up this morning.
I have to really watch out better, when my body tells me to stop eating!

Too much pesto yesterday. It is good that my body becomes more and more sensitive to things like this! It was just one spoon enough. But sometimes this one spoon can make such a difference!

I had just 2 glasses of water, and lateron a glas of green smoothie. Just more water until late afternoon.

Then there was the time for GRREEEEEN JUUUUIIICE again.

I juices 1 big bunch of celerey, 1 kilo of kale, 300 gr, of spring greens, 6 carrots, 3 apples, and 2 oranges.

Wow!
What a different person I felt after that!
It was like new fuel in my tank. I was healed after that, and felt totally fine and good again!

We shared the juice as a family. The kids had some salad for evening meal, and I was so happy with the juice, that i had nothing else! Just some dates and cashews in the evening.

Thats it for today friends! Love and sunlight!

1) What was your personal experience with gaining muscle while eating Raw Food?

I feel that it is easier to gain muscles on a raw food diet. I feel much lighter and more energized, and therefor it is easier to exercise. I reduced the amount of fat at my body and the muscles can be seen much more easily. Also being raw helps me to feel so healthy and good, that this psychological component is helping me as well.

2) In what ways does eating Raw Food make it easier for people to gain muscle?

Your body does not need so much energy for the digestion process, and can concentrate more on building muscle and exercise.
There are the best protein sources in Hemp, flax and sesame, with a good balance of Omega 3,6 and 9 for maximum absorbtion rate. These high quality proteins help to build muscles and are very efficient!

3) What are some Raw Food ways people can tweak their diet, to have an even easier time gaining muscle?

Have hemp smoothies and green veggie juices. (This is what I do!) A balanced raw food diet. Fully ripe tropical fruits, lots of dark green leave veggies (wild edibles!), sprouts, superfood (Goji, hemp, coconut, maca,..), and good fat sources like Avocado, Coconut, raw olives.

4) Have you created any resources (books, DVDs, articles, etc) that may be helpful for those who want to gain muscle on a Raw Food diet? Are there any resources you would recommend?

Ka Sundance raw food diary 15/10/2009

We had our famous greeeeeen smoothie for breakfast.

Katie had to work, so I took of with my kiddies gang and spend a beautiful day nearby in a big aquarium.
They absolutly loved it!!

Before we went there we were shopping and bought each 2 big medjool dates and a little handful of cashews.

After this event we returned back home, and I created once more a huuuuuge green juice.

A kilo of spring greens, 300 gr of kale, 1 big bunch of celery, 8 carrots, 3 apples and 2 oranges.

Right after we drank this, I made again a delicious cashew, basil pesto.
(cashews, basil, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, garlic and some soja sauce,... yummo!)

We had this of course with plenty of green, cucumber, carrots and tomatos. I liked it so much, that I eat too much of it. I felt heavy after that. Because there is mixed fats(oil plus cashews), I have really to watch out, to eat it just as a little extra, and have mostly veggies and green. I did not so today! Thats why I did no training in the evening, but only relaxing sauna.

Ka Sundance raw food diary 14/10/2009

Another lovely day in fall. Cold in the morning and a lot of warm sunshine during the day.

We had to wait with our green smoothie, because we ran out of spinach, so the kids had 2 mandarines each, and I had nothing, exept of 2 glasses of fresh water.

When Katie returned from shopping she had 2 big medjool dates for everyone, which was appreciated a lot.

Then there was the green smoothie with spinach, banana and water.

I had two sesame honey bars and a protein shake later ( Raw rice protein, carob and 2 banans).

Before the kids went off to bed we had a nother very huge
green juice.





About one kilo of spring greens, 1 big bunch of celery, 5carrots and 3 apples.

I was going to bed with the 2 younger ones, while Katie was writig her e-Zinwe for tommorow, and Benny was reading Asterix.

When the youngsters were sleeping, I went off to the gym, and had an hour of sauna, and 45 min. of swim training.

I drank 2 liters of water during this time. Now I am having another 2 liters of raw rice protein shake, with bananas and maca.

Ka Sundance raw food diary 13/10/2009

We had to do a fire this morning, because it is getting cold during the night.

Fall has arrived!
We had a big green smoothie for breakfast with
spinach (300 gr.), 4 bananas, water, maca, 1 orange and marine phytoplankton.

Around noon I made a very big green juice, with all sorts of wild edibles picked around our house. These wild plants have so much to give. I feel so great when hjaving wild greens!!
The most powerful superfood it is. The juice was made out of
300-400 gr mixed wild edibles, 1 biiig bunch of celery, 10 carrots, 3 apples, 1 orange.

This did nourish me for the wholoe day.
As enjoyment I had again a raw chicolate bar. After the kids were in bed, I went of to the gym and went 1,5 hours to the sauna - no break!

I had 3 liters of water, and at the end I was swimming for 45 minutes. Intense training.

At home I made a nice salad.

Lettuce, tomato, carrot, little bit of onion, avocado, beet root, corn, and a avocado, lemon dressing with a little balsamico and soja sauce plus garlic. All this came along with Raw nori rolls.
Veeeery tasty.


After that I had 2 glasses of protein shake (sunwarrior raw rice protein, 2 bananas, water, caob powder and maca). I feel really great tonight. I loved the workout.

Ka Sundance raw food diary 11/10/2009

Woke up early with the kids, and created a nice bucket of green smoothie together with them. (300gr. spinach, 4 bananas, water, maca, marine phytoplankton).

One glas of this was my breakfast. I went out with my two sons and played football until noon, and then went for an hour swimming work out after returning them home to Katie and Ronja.

We made some banana, sunflower, coconut paste in the dehydrator yesterday, so everybody did get a small slice of that.

I had a big green juice in the afternoon, which was made out of

fully ripe pineapple, carrots, apples, kale and wild edibles (nettles, dandelion,...)

This charged me up so intense that I was not hungry for the rest of the day. I had some dates and cashews in the evening, but that was it!

Ka Sundance raw food diary 08/10/09

I had no breakfast this morning, because of the late salad last night, just a glas of water.
Around noon we created a big bucket of green veggie juice for the whole family again.

The juice consisted out of 2 bunches of celery, 300 gr.spinach, 300 gr. kale and 300gr. spring greens. Some carrots, 2 apples and 1 orange. We added some mace and 1 teaspoon of raw agave.

I had one raw chocolate in the afternoon, and went out for an intense 1,5 hour swimming exercise when the family was in bed. Afterwards I went to the sauna, met a nice raw fooder from south africa and had a very inspiring conversation. I had 2 liters of water. When I came home, I made myself a 2 liter hemp smoothie with some frozen banana and carob. It has become late now (2 am) and I am off to bed.

Ka Sundance Raw food diary 07/10/2009

We had no banana this morning so we made a biiiiig bucket of green veegie juice for the whole family.
That was my start in the day.

Had one raw chocolate in the afternoon and two glasse of water afterwards.

Lateron a hemp smoothie.

Good workout in the swimming pool and a long sauna session in the evening, when the kids where in bed.

Afterwards I had my only meal for the day, and I enjoyed it sooo much.

A big salad, made with spinach, kale, cucumber, tomato little slice of onion anhd mais. I marinated some olives with oil, garlic and organic balsamico. The dressing was avoado, orange, water and a bit of salt,maca and some spirulina.

Damn, I feel sooo great!

Ka Sundance raw food diary 06/10/2009

I woke up and felt great this morning!

- I had a glas green smoothie for breakfast (150 gr. spinach / 2 bananas / water / maca)
I felt passionate about the Rawfoodfamily TV-Show today and did do this early this morning. I spend time with my kids, and Katie was working.

- I made some fruits for the kids at lunch, but did not have any.
- Had a piece of raw chocolate in the early afternoon.
- Than a glass of green juice together with the kids.

- Late afternoon the rest of the pesto from yesterday, with veggies and some spinach.
- We made some banana ice-cream for evening. Maybe 2 frozen bananas in the blender.

Went out for swimming and the sauna in the evening and was sweating for 1 1/2 hours. Now I am back home and have a liter of fresh water to dehydrate. I feel good !

Ka Sundance food diary - starting today!

Hello dear friends of the light.

People are asking what it is that I eat, especially, because I managed to gain muscle weight in the last couple of months, and so I thought to post what I am eating and drinking during my day.
From today on I will start to post here, what I am eating, to give you an idea what the raw food diet in real life looks like.

Bare in mind that I already do this for 4 years. My system has become quite efficent, and I need less food, than somebody would need, who is just starting with this diet.

My intention is not to tell you, that you should also eat that way. You should not! You should really listen to what your body tells you, and see my posts just as an interesting inspiration.
Ok. Here we go:

* I started the day - like most days- with a glas green smoothie (100gr spinach, water, 2 bananas, 2 teaspoons maca)


* At around 3 pm we had raw vegan pesto made out of sunflower seeds, olive oil, garlic, a bit salt, lemon and lots of fresh basil. This was together with tomato, salad, cucumber and carrots.


* In the evening after my kids went to bed with Kati, I went to the pool, and had an intense 1 hour swimming workout followed by a sauna session. Now I sit here with 2 glasses of green juice which is very empowering (1 bunch of celery, 4 carrots, 1 bunch black kale, 2 apples, teaspoon maca and some goji berries.

Thats it. I feel soooo good after workout, sauna and my green juice!!I try to keep you updated as much as possible on that!

How you can support your system with detox

In our modern world, filled with industry, traffic jams, big cities and agricultural pesticide, we are surrounded by toxins. There are all sorts of chemical substances in our food, water and air, depending on where we live, how we live and what we eat.

The good news is though, that our bodies can handle these toxins. Our bodies are designed to take care of all sorts of toxins and extract them.

Our job is only not to interfere this process our system takes care of.
If you are on a Rawfood diet, you do the best to support your body in detoxification. This light, high vibrating food is giving us all the nutrients we need, to nourish our system in the best way, and not to burden it with unnecessary substances. The body needs enormous energy, life force and nutrients, to deal with processed food, and this is why people feel exhausted, and become ill so easy. On top of all the toxins we are in contact with anyway in our environment, the body now has to deal with the substances we are not designed to have in our system.

That can sum up over a lifetime, and end in a collapse, or terrible diseases we see so often in older people. On top of the substances we are not used to have inside us, we also KNOW that we are not doing the best for us. And this makes it of course much worse, because a new level has come into play. It is now not only on a physiological level bad for us, but also on a psychological level. This is where cancer comes from for example.

So if you are aware of the toxins around you, and you want to be really healthy, GO RAW!

Raw food can reverse all toxic manifestations we have in our bodies, and than start to clean out on a deep level, once you have reached a neutral, magical point.

Before I start I would like to loose a word about some of the symptoms you might experience when detoxing. If you start to improve your diet, from which ever level of eating you come from, it might be that you feel headache, body pain, fatigue or even become ill reaching your next level of healing. This is where some people go back to old habits.
Don`t do it! The night is always the darkest before dawn. Your whole system is overwhelmed by your improved diet, and instantly is adjusting to it, extracting the toxins stored in your cells, that were in perfect harmony with your unhealthy surrounding, but now you have changed.
You have improved and found better ways, and your body wants to harmonize with this new vibration. Give him some time to adjust, be gentle and patient and you will feel so much better.
To support your body in this process, there are some things you can do in addition.
These additional procedures, I would like to write here about.

First of all:

Make fresh green juices! Juices have healing power! You extract the most important parts of the plants and have a really dense and concentrated fluid, with the best quality water possible, filled with vitamins and minerals.

Especially green veggie juices provide a wide spectrum of these important minerals and vitamins. Your body can absorb these nutrients very easy and with less effort, and can dispose over these almost instantly, once they are in the body. All these components coming together, really helps your body to detox on a deep level that is not so interfering your system.

Second:

If you have the feeling that you digestion is not working efficient, or you experience problems digesting food; think of having some sessions of hydro colonic irrigation. There are professionals, who will offer you a series of irrigation for a good price. They will bring in warm and cold water in your intestinal and massage your stomach from outside to extract old concretion that has been in your gut for many years. This technique allows to get rid of these toxic rubbish that is inside you on a mechanical level, but it also starts to have influence on your feeling and spirit, once you start to let go of this. Some of the concretion has been stored in your guts since you were a child, and it is unbelievable how much rubbish our gut can store, and still does all the essential work for our digestion!
There can be KILOS of this stuff inside you.
If you go raw, the body starts to take care of these sediments by itself, but a hydro colonic can really speed this up and help you with detoxification. Just bear in mind that this is a really rough treatment for your guts, and the flora of your gut is destroyed if you do so. It takes weeks, if not months to build up a new healthy flora with all the important bacterias you need to have a good digestion.

Nevertheless, I recommend this procedure for people who have digestion problems, and want to take care of it fast and on a profound level! It works!

Third:

Fasting. This is a thing that needs some strength and will from you, but it is very effective. There are two ways I would like to talk about here.

1.Water fasting. That means, you stop eating and drink loads of water. Your body starts to detox almost instantly, after it does not need to provide energy for digestion. This form of fasting though is so intense, that you might experience symptoms like headache, fatigue and body pain. Your body is flushed with the toxins in the cells, that come out in your bloodstream so fast.
This is nothing to be afraid of, it is good, because you let go of it, but you need to be aware of, that these symptoms can happen to you, if you choose to go this path.
Make sure you drink lots of water, to help your kidneys extracting these toxins as fast as possible. This form of fasting is intense, but very effective.

2. Juice fasting This form of fasting is the one I would like to recommend here even more than water fasting, because I feel that it is easier for the body, as well as the emotions coming up doing it. You just have fresh made veggie and fruit juices during the day. Best if you drink 3-4 Liter of juice a day.
This gives you all the nutrients you need for good extraction of the toxins, yet you won`t necessarily feel the detox symptoms so strong. This is the ultimate healing and detox system!
Once you have overcome the desire to eat – which only takes some few days – you can go on with this fast for weeks, and feel so good, repair your body on such a deep level, that it is almost magic!
This is the healing of the future!

And last but not least – and here I make the loop back to the very beginning of this e-mail: SWEAT!
Do sport, exercise and go to the sauna. Even better: participate at a sweat lodge ceremony. Sweating makes things hum!
Your metabolism is kick-starting and you become light, soft and open by doing so.

Make cold-warm showers to animate your perfusion and go outside in nature, after you have done so. Have fun, make jokes, laugh out loud and avoid news, television and things that create fear, confusion and anger.
Spend some time with yourself doing what you love to do. Allow your self to relax and sleep enough.

If you follow just some of these tips, you will have a much more easy time detoxing and reaching your personal next level of health.

How to avoid the biggest mistakes going on a raw food diet

We know this is almost a taboo topic in the Rawfood world. Rawfood is the best, do not question it!

But we bring it up anyway, because we experienced some trouble ourself and saw a lot of Raw fooders and raw children having problems.

We are the world-travelling Rawfoodfamily and do a 100% Raw diet for more than 4 years now. For a long time our son suffered chronical disease, and we could heal this with Rawfood within a week, and felt so much better with this diet, but after a year on Rawfood, we felt stuck.



We have gained a lot of knowledge over the years, and do constantly question, change and improve our diet.

We could not believe it, but we experienced some serious problems with our own children, after this first year of our Rawfood Journey. We have also met many Rawfood children around the world and noticed the same problems with almost all of them.

These problems do not occur instantly when going raw. Most families - like us - experience a significant increase of health and energy when going raw. When you start leaving out cooked food like, white sugar, white flour, pasteurised cows milk just to name the most important, almost everybody will experience such an increase of energy (sometimes after a process of detoxification)

At this first point of change, it is not so much about what raw food you eat, it is more about what you leave out of your diet. This brings the healing and detoxification.It is just getting interesting after you did live raw, or mostly raw lets say for a year. Than, after your body and system had time to clear, it comes to the next level.

And here the new problem can arise, especially with children, how desperatly need the best nutrtion possible in order to grow properly .

If you are not aware of what you are doing, you are walking on dangerous ground!


These problems are:

* Weakness, tiredness
* They are too small for their age
* They do not grow properly
* Teeth problems
* Ignoring the problems by their parents
* Emotional imbalance
* Lack of minerals
* Bloating
* Lack of vitamin B 12

This all sounds serious, and it is, if you ignore it. But if you can see your child having any of these problems, do not be scared! Everything is reversible.

We have also experienced it with our children, and are so healthy and happy now, because we discovered some easy principles, we want to share with you.

Rawfood is still the best food you can eat, also with your children.

Make sure you eat a balanced diet. That means fully ripe tropical fruit, fat and LOADS of green. People tend to eat to much fruit and less green. This is not optimal.

Try to get superdfoods like hemp, Gojis, Maca, Coconut, little cacao,..

Be as much as possible outside in naturte, and do sport.By following these simple steps, you can avoid major problems and experience vibrant health!

Affirmations

Affirmations can be very helpful, because they can automatise certain acting structures, we want to establish. But the main thing about affirmation is:

They will only work with great success, if we believe in what we are trying to affirm. When we keep telling ourself: "I am rich, I am rich!" but feel strongly lack, what do you think will happen?

Imagine the feeling of abundance, sink into it!

Affirmations are a great way to change your life from inside out. You just keep on repeating a statement you would like to manifest in your life over and over again. Use affirmation in the present tense, and use the term "I" , like:

"I am in perfect health"

It is very useful to try to start your day with it, and to end it that way, because when we are half awake and are in that dizzy state of mind, we are connected to our uncounciousness.

And this is the place where we create our lifes! Our mind tells us how powerful it is, but actually, when it comes to creating our lifes: It is not.
This has become a topic for researches, and science has proof, that our unconciousness is controlling 90% of our acting, where our mind controlls our thinking. And sometimes not even that!!

And we want to change the way we act in order to change our lifes!

So go ahead and tell yourself what you want to have. Believe it and feel as it already has arrived. Feel thankful and feel gratitude. Receive. Do it again. It is that simple!!

Follow your inner voice

The more you hold on and take your time to really listen within you, the better decisions for your life you will be able to make. All of the wisdom of the universe is inside of you.

We can never fail, never be wrong if we learn to hear to this voice! In our normal busy day-to day lifes, we seem to be to much distracted by outer sensations. And the other "problem" is , that this voice speaks whenever it wants, and gives sometimes "unlogical" advice. This can cause problems in our mind ruled world, or lead to the point, that we do not listen.

If we heared and noticed the voice there, can be another problem: Following it!

We should trust and act on the inner wisdom. Our unconcious self has much deeper and profound knowledge on everything around us! That is a matter of fact!

The good thing is: We will be rewarded with joy, and happiness following the voice, because we will be so much in the flow, that things will go more smooth for us, and opportunities will arise,...

So once we started to listen and to act, we will be rewarded with a noticeable result, that will help us to go on on this way!

Raw food recipes for health and great taste!

For all of you who like some raw gourmet food, and want to enjoy really health food.

Together with the children, we created Raw burgers, and want to share this with you. Enjoy!
Here comes adelicious raw food recipe:

Raw Burgers. It is easy to make, and tastes delicious.
All you need is:



300-400 gr Brazil nuts
300-400 gr carrots
1 bunch of parsley
1/4 cup olive oil
1 squeezed lemon
a bit of salt, Soya sauce


Mix it all together, and form the burgers out of it. Then serve it with tomato, peppers, cucumber, onions, what ever you like!

feeling good!

When you would like to summarize what it is all about than I would put it like this:
Feel good!

When you are feeling good, and vibrate in this kind of energy, you will attract even more things, persons and situation that will help you to feel even better. And this can go on and on, spiralizing in higher and higher levels.

So give no attention to negative feelings coming up, and concentrate on the good stuff. It is abundend and never ending, if you choose to see it and feel it.
This will help you to overcome all the obstacles that are in your way, and make your dreams come true. Focus on the things which really makes you happy, and helps you to vibrate more and more.

Than there is no limit to what you can achieve! And all of that will feel light and joyful!

Why the law of attraction does sometimes NOT work,...

Well, actually it works all the time, the problem can only be, that we do not attract what we conciously want.

The universe always manifests what we feed with attention and energy. If your wish is to become rich and have a lot of unexpected income, but you experience dept all the time, you should look deeply how you are trying to maifest.

The most intense creational power comes from your feelings. If you feel strong and passionate about something, you put a lot of attention on the manifestation of getting more of this feeling.



So make sure to think about what you want!
You want money and not "no dept"

You want health and not "not fat anymore"

This is really important ! Focus on the things you want and sink so deep in that feeling, as if it is already yours. Feel gratitude and replace all negative thoughts with positive images!

If you do it that way, The universal law of attraction will work FOR you not against you!

Doing the right thing

Everybody knows it. Everyboday feels it, but only few do it. The right thing.

You know smoking causes cancer, eating fast food does make you feel bad and watching too much television costs energy and lifetime.

Why do we cultivate habits, that are bad for us, and we even know it!
Sometimes it can be exactly this feeling of guilt and destruction we are lookig for. When we are not centered, and experience negative feeling, we get destructive.

And than it seems easy to circle around in these negative feelings and actions, that causes even more of it!

This is the best point of time to take a break!

Make a concious break and take a few deeeep breaths. Inhale positive, fresh energy and exhale all the negative things you do not longer need. Look for a positive image in your head. Take whatever comes up and feels jst good. Put attention on this positive image and relax.

It is just about taking a break and switching our vibration, our energy. It is in our hands what vibration we are in!

Let`s be a good one as often as possible!
