Raw food recipes for health and great taste!

For all of you who like some raw gourmet food, and want to enjoy really health food.

Together with the children, we created Raw burgers, and want to share this with you. Enjoy!
Here comes adelicious raw food recipe:

Raw Burgers. It is easy to make, and tastes delicious.
All you need is:



300-400 gr Brazil nuts
300-400 gr carrots
1 bunch of parsley
1/4 cup olive oil
1 squeezed lemon
a bit of salt, Soya sauce


Mix it all together, and form the burgers out of it. Then serve it with tomato, peppers, cucumber, onions, what ever you like!
