Back in the tropics with the best raw food
We did it! We finally arrived back in the tropics!
After our long winter in Thailand, and a couple of weeks back in the Uk, we managed to go tropics again!
Now we are in Costa Rica and stay with good friends until we move to our place.
We are thrilled and happy. The abundance of fruits and sun just made us realize once more how important it is to have these two things.
This is a great problem about the northeren countries. The lack of sunlight and the fully ripe tropical fruits are so essntial to really thrive on a raw food diet.
This was one of the most important reasons for us, to move south. And now as we have it, we just realized how much we missed in our couple of weeks in the UK.
These fruits instantly let us vibrate higher, feel better, and be more vibrant.
It is all so good, and it will just get better.
I will keep you updated and informed how we do down here.
But no worries; I will be back in the UK as well as in gthe USA to do some RAW INSPIRATION RETREATS there. If you are interested please contact me!
