I am so passionate about this most important message I share here with you!
Stop this self-destructive patterns of blame, guilt and shame by constantly creating images of yourself you can not live up to.
This video is meant as a message of liberation, inspiration and manifestation of harmony and balance.
We need to stay and focus on this very moment. We need to make peace with who we are right now in order to become the manifestation of the healthy, happy and enlightened mental image we have created.
We need to allow ourself to make mistakes, eat unhealthy kind of food, think negative thoughts and do the wrong things.
Allowing that, being that "failure" gives us the freedom to become "right"
We stop resisting by surrendering to our mistakes, we become the super-me be being the worst and loving us for it.
beating ourself up, blaming and complaining keeps us recreating the loop. keeps us small unhappy and dependent on our fear based ego that offers us solutions that do not help.
Stop it!
Stop it now and embrace your faults. Embrace your faults with love and acceptance and see the miracle happen.
By loving your faults, all aspects of yourself, the change will arise and you can finally become the one you want to be.
I truly love you the way you are right now, as I love myself the way I am right now.
